Balboa Park is host to a variety of special events throughout the year, many have become popular annual happenings and draw tens of thousands of patrons to the Park. Pops' Pedicabs supports these events by providing a fun and environmentally friendly way to overcome the stress caused by limited parking.

Please note: There are certain recurring events that have become so popular (specifically the Annual EarthFair Celebration and December Nights) that authorities do not permit pedicabs to operate inside the Park. Additionally, effective January 1, 2010, City Ordinances prohibit pedicabs on streets with a speed limit over 25 MPH which limits services from local neighborhood parking to the Cabrillo Bridge. Consequently, the City of San Diego makes it virtually impossible for pedicabs to support Earth Fair and December Nights.
