Pops' Pedicabs was born out of my passion for cycling, the joy of being outdoors and my belief that some of the best people you
will ever meet - you will meet while on a bike. I started the company in 2004, am based out of Ramona, California and focus on serving
communities throughout San Diego County.
Your Driver
An avid long distance road cyclist, I ride ultra events
-- 200 miles or more in a single day. Participation in these events generally means 12 or more hours "in the saddle"
and requires both physical endurance and a positve mindset. I began riding ultra events in 2003 and in my first three years have
completed thirteen doubles and one triple century (yes...300 miles in one day!) Visit my links page to learn more about

The Pedicab
I operate a pedicab manufactured by Main Street Pedicabs, it's Delta Trike
style with the passenger cab located over the rear wheels is one of the most recognizable pedicab styles in operation today.
The cab has a steel suspension sub-frame, rear axle differential for outstanding manuverability and hydraulic rear disk brake.
In addition, the cab has passenger seat belts and a full light system (running lights, turn signals and brake lights) for
added safety.
My Mission
Simply put: To help you discover (or re-discover) the joys of bicycle transportation. To
give you the chance to see your community from a different perspective and to take in the sights at a relaxing pace; whether
it be on a pre-arranged tour or just hopping a ride from the ball park to your car. Any time we can step back from our
auto-centric environment, slow down and enjoy the outdoors, it's a good thing. I believe the pedicab offers us an ideal opportunity
to do that.
