Whether you’re a San Diego native or visiting from out-of-town; a narrated tour of Balboa Park by Pops’ Pedicabs is a great way to learn the Park's unique history and get an overview of where everything is located.
A great way to get around the park! Finding a nearby parking space on the weekends can be a challenge. The pedicab offers a fun and stress free option. Ride in luxury from any one of the parking lots to the museums, Zoo, theaters or restaurants.
There is always something happening in the park. Pops’ Pedicabs is available for weddings and private parties held in the park. In addition to private events, the pedicab is available for all major public events.
Balboa Park rules are that all pedicabs operating in the Park do so on a “Donations Accepted” basis and as such, are prohibited from posting a fare schedule. Neither the City of San Diego nor Balboa Park compensates me for providing pedicab service in the park; my revenue is based solely on the generosity of you, my passengers. (Donation Reference)
Pops’ Pedicabs signature service includes a photo in the pedicab. Digital photos are taken against the beautiful backdrops of Balboa Park. Your photograph will be available the following day in the online photo albums. While you may purchase a variety of merchandise with your photo on it, all photos may be downloaded or printed from the website at no charge. Pops' Pedicabs receives a small commission on all merchandise and photo sales, your support is greatly appreciated.
Be sure to keep Pops’ Pedicabs phone number handy, I’m always “on-call” in the park. If you’re tired and need a ride back to your car, or need a lift across the park, just call and request a pickup.
